Enjoy a simple, clean, bright space while taking advantage of the screened in porch with TV to watch your favorite shows, a tanning deck with lounge chairs to get your sun fix in, gas grill, and outdoor shower! The property is nestled perfectly in the middle of the main beach accesses and the village/pier area. \[Special Discounts\] Enter these dates to see discounted rates: November 23-25, 2025 (2 nights) November 29-December 2, 2025 (3 nights) December 13-19, 2025 (up to 6 nights) THE SPACE Single story home. Enter into open living and dining area. King master bedroom off living to left, with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower attached. Kitchen and laundry areas directly behind dining. Guest room with two single twins and closet to left of dining. Full bath with tub/shower combo attached, pocket door creating en-suite bathroom. Guest room with queen bed and closet to left of kitchen. En-suite full bathroom with tub/shower combo attached. Screened in porch directly across from last guest room. After dinner, a popular activity is strolling through the village, browsing through the boutique shops and eating ice cream. There are a number of local bakeries and sweet shops in the Pier Village that will tempt your taste buds. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater. No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
