The bedrooms and bathrooms are decently sized. Two of the bedrooms have walk in closets.You can sense that it is newly constructed. Eventhough it is a part of a duplex you cannot hear the neighbors unless they are out by the poolside. It is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. If I had any complaint it would be traffic noise and aircraft noise. The villa is right off a busy street and a stone's throw from a regional airport. However, I would stay here again.
