Nice Condo and Area

Nice place to stay everyone had their own room and bathroom. Enough space to move around. We would stay here again. It would be nice if extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent were supplied.If housekeeping puts liquid soap containers at the sinks they should fill them up ( don’t leave them empty ). Those were the only problems I could see other than those it is a nice place.

Great location, needs updating

We loved the location of this condo. The area has a lot to offer and walking everywhere is so easy. On the contrary, the carpet was very dated and dingy and there were a few ceiling vents with mold. One of the family members has pretty severe allergies and they majorly set off on our trip. There were also scented plug ins in almost every outlet which almost made it impossible to breathe. The dishwasher had a terrible smell upon starting it. The 3rd floor shower wouldn't come close to draining either. I think some easy updates (getting rid of all carpet to start with, and fixing places that have water damage) could make this place great.

Unique Find

Most unique condominium I’ve ever stayed in. The private elevator was extremely convenient. Accommodations made us feel right at home and the beds were comfortable. The grounds and pool were immaculate as well. We had a great time.

Saint Simons stay

We had a great time at the 138 rental. The grandkids loved going up and down the stairs as well as riding the elevator (with an adult). The accommodations and air conditioning were terrific and we were surprised at all the amenities at the place which made for a comfortable stay. Of course Saint Simons Island proved to be, as expected, a place steeped in history, culture and considerable dining and sightseeing experiences. We took away many memories that will last for years!

This property was perfect for our St. Simons getaway. Lots of space to separate yourself from others. Within walking distance to some really great restaurants on Arnold. Met some really nice people on the property grounds.

Great Location / Quiet Spot

This is a really good location. The beds were very comfortable. It was quiet and we had a good time. The condo has 31 steps from main floor to the top floor but there is an elevator. As the other reviews state and we agree, the place could use some TLC.

Amazing spot!

This place is way bigger than the photos make it appear! Our family of five plus our au pair had a fantastic week. We could have easily shared it with anothe small family given the large walk in closets adjoining many of the rooms. Perfect for dark nap times! Our kids loved the community pool and we all enjoyed the very walkable location. We had a fantastic experience at St Simon and hope to come back, maybe with friends next time.

Nice place in a great location, but needs help

The unit is nice and the management company was very responsive; however, the unit could use a good spring cleaning and the master-level carpet could use a heavy shampoo or replacing. Also, thanks to the previous customer for not only taking the garage door remote with them when they left, but for also clearly cooking a fish feast shortly before we arrived. The odor never left.
