The building features an outdoor swimming pool. Nestled in the heart of the Pier Village, guests of 400 Ocean Suites will enjoy being part of St. Simons' downtown living. Fantastic restaurants and shops are just steps away, as well as the St. Simons fishing pier, Neptune Park, and historic Lighthouse. We have visited SSI many times but never stayed this close to the pier. You are definitely in the center of the action at this location. The condo is airy and bright, but we mostly used it as a home base and spent most of our time out and about. Bike/pedestrian access point at the southeast corner of the parking lot allows you to avoid the traffic on Kings Way/Ocean Boulevard, which can be heavy during peak season. Bring your bicycle (or rent one) and explore the island! ##### John B.
