Newly Remodeled inside and out! This charming beach Cottage is situated on a very tranquil street lined with beautiful enchanting oak and palm trees, one block to the beach and the renown Crab Trap & Crabdaddys restaurants. It is a short walk to the St. Simons Island Pier as well as the Old Coast Guard station and East Beach. This unique Cottage has just been renovated and redecorated with fine art and features beautiful shiplap walls as well as exposed wood beams and new floors throughout! The kitchen has been overhauled and features quartz countertops and an Italian farm house sink. The living room features a brand new wall mounted 50" flat screen smart TV and ample seating for all. Outside of the living room is a deck for relaxing and hearing the ocean breeze. The unit boasts two bedrooms with one king sized bed and the other being a queen with generous sized closets. In between the two bedrooms is a full bathroom as well as a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer and plenty of shelving space.
