Welcome to Rivera Retreat, a beautifully remodeled single-level home designed for guests seeking relaxation, comfort, and the true St. Simons Island local experience. This serene coastal escape has been expertly renovated and professionally decorated, offering a stylish, laid-back vibe for families or friends to unwind and reconnect.  
  
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – The choice is yours!  
  
Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, student groups (spring break and graduations), etc., are not permitted.  
Dogs are not allowed.  
Linens (bath towels, pool/beach towels & bed sheets) provided  
Check-In: 4:00 pm Check-out: 10:00 am  
Parking for 3 vehicles  
Pool & Spa Heating Fee: an additional $65 / night upon request at least 24 hours before arrival

The home comfortably accommodates up to six guests, featuring a relaxing primary suite with a plush king-size bed, an HD Smart TV, and a beautifully updated en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two inviting guest bedrooms, each with a cozy queen bed, share a modern hall bathroom, ensuring everyone has their own space to rest and recharge.  
  
Step outside to discover your own private backyard oasis. Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and a manicured lawn, the fenced yard boasts a sparkling pool and spa that can be heated upon request for an additional $65 per day, perfect for a refreshing dip or an evening soak under the stars. There's plenty of space to lounge in the sun, enjoy a cookout on the grill, or gather around the outdoor dining table by the pool, which comfortably seats six for memorable al fresco meals.
