Beautifully landscaped with canals wrapping through the various buildings. #403, located on the ground floor, is pleasingly furnished and offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living and dining area with enclosed sunroom. Bedding Includes: 2 Queens Pets permitted with a non refundable pet fee of $150. Please be advised that a roofing project is scheduled at this property during the months of January and February.
