This beautifully appointed 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome on St. Simons Island just 3 miles to the beach. These are some of the newer homes available for vacation rentals on the island and one of the best parts is it has very easy access on/off the island. It's also walking distance to restaurants, the grocery store and Red Fern village. Walk right down to Red Fern to hear live music, have some great seafood and even do a little shopping! The inside of this home is the classic definition of coastal chic. The main floor has a chef's kitchen for you to prepare your own meals or have a local island chef come and cook for you! The master bedroom has a large, comfy King bed with an ensuite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms share a full bath. One bedroom has a Queen bed and one has bunk beds, with one full and one twin bed. The outside of the home has a small patio area with a propane grill for your family barbeque time. You also are close to the pool where you can take a quick dip or spend the day lounging. The backyard is fenced in. In addition, there are fishing poles, beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and two adult bikes plus one kid bike available for use. There is enough parking in the driveway for two vehicles. This home is pet-friendly. Up to 2 dogs under 30lbs are welcome with a $75 pet fee. Please contact us for FLETC rate. We accept FLETC per diem. All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled. Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival. Trailers, boats, planes are not allowed to be parked on this property per the condo association Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself. House rules: Smoking is not allowed. $2,000 minimum fee for smoking inside the house. Quiet hours per the county are 9pm to 8am. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund. No smoking. Smoking inside the home will result in a $2,000 fee. No loud music. No parties. No parking on the lawn. All pet droppings must be picked up or a $50 fee will be assessed. There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes. Maximum of 2 pets. We had a wonderful time and a lot of that was due to the wonderful accommodations. Great communications with property managers ! Everything was clean, and you didn't have to bring anything but food. Bikes, fishing rods, chairs and pool were all available. This is a town house and if stairs are an issue for you, then don't rent this property. We had our 87 year old mother with us unexpectedly and the stars were an issue. Other than that its a very nice place. ##### William S.
