This great property has been completely updated and located less than 1 block from the beach. The first level, features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The second floor features an open kitchen and living spaces along with a half bath. The top floor consists of the owners retreat with an additional sitting space perfect for conversing after a day at the beach. Elegant appointments include crown molding, plantation shutters, French doors, bright open spaces, hardwood flooring in the living areas, large tiled baths, and high end furnishings throughout. Up to 3 vehicles can be parked at this location. There is a communal firepit and grill located directly behind the property with gracious outdoor space. It is a 3 floor townhouse with 2 bedrooms and bath on ground floor and main living space on 2nd floor and master suite on 3rd floor so if you have someone of limited mobility in your group this may not be the best option. The 3 floors do help you spread out and have a quiet place to go if that is important to you. Everyone was at the real estate office that I communicated with were extremely helpful and responsive providing help, receipts etc. The only negative was that the house was not ready until 430 when the contracted time was 400z. While I understand sometimes cleaning agencies are understaffed, this would be the first rental in 29 years coming to Saint Simons Island that my rental was not ready at the time agreed in the contract. That said the agents at Hodnett Cooper were great and I would rent with them again. ##### Mark H.
