This home has the true feel of a classic beach cottage with many intact original features. The updated kitchen, bathroom and furnishings give this home a fresh feel. Enjoy dining alfresco or enjoy the morning paper on the back has a patio area overlooking a large landscaped lawn. You can park the car and stroll down to one of the many local restaurants. A variety of options are available from casual to a bit more upscale. 500 Union Street is only 4 blocks to the public beach access. This home features a great open floor plan in the main perfect for entertaining with a spacious, sophisticated gourmet kitchen with gas range and bar seating for two. On one side you can enjoy the den which has a relaxing feel with beautiful wood beam ceilings. The other side offers dining for four that opens into the beautiful living room with large TV; great for any football fan. Enjoy YouTube Live TV on all TVs through out the house in the place of traditional cable. There are two queen bedrooms on the main level share a common bathroom. Venture up the stairs to the master and third of the queen bedrooms which also share a bathroom. Our only qualm is the home only has two bathrooms. The master bedroom is upstairs but it was beside the smallest bathroom which didn’t make sense to us. This bathroom also has no counter space.
