Newly constructed in 2024, The Enchanted Getaway blends modern luxury with relaxed coastal charm and is located just one street from the beach and within an easy walk to the lively Pier Village area. Designed for memorable island vacations, this beautifully appointed home features an open-concept layout, a private pool framed by lush landscaping, and multiple indoor and outdoor spaces perfect for gathering or unwinding. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! The choice is yours! Also on this level is the Primary bedroom with a king bed, Roku TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, along with a conveniently located half bath near the entry. Upstairs, the secondary primary suite provides a private escape with a king bed, a sitting area, a wet bar with a beverage cooler, a Roku TV, and access to a covered deck overlooking the pool. The en-suite bathroom includes a soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a spacious closet with direct access to the laundry room. Additional accommodations on this level include a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a Roku TV, a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a Roku TV, and a shared full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The landing area features an additional sleeper sofa with a Roku TV and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing even more flexible sleeping space. Outside, the private heated pool is surrounded by comfortable loungers, dining areas, and tropical landscaping that create a peaceful, secluded atmosphere. A nearby half bathroom adds extra convenience for poolside days, and pool heating is available for an additional nightly fee when requested in advance. The house was beautiful and just as the pictures showed! The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was really well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The house was very clean and the property management team was easy to contact. Our only complaint would be safety. The area outside the back door before the pool deck was EXTREMELY SLIPPERY and dangerous. We had two nasty falls (one child and one adult). As soon as we had the first fall about 15 minutes after arrival we called and requested outdoor mats immediately and the PM team sent someone within the hour! Once the mats were in place it was much better!The other safety concern was the water trapped in the hood vent. When we opened it after cooking bacon, water poured out (onto the hot bacon pan) and started a small grease fire.Everything was fine and no one was hurt but it certainly caught us off guard.
