Welcome to Sea Side Cottage, the private, spacious guest cottage of Seaside Inn! We are very excited about this cute, cozy place just steps to the beach! This cute and comfortable beach cottage is in the perfect location and is within a very short walking distance of one of Saint Simons Island's best beaches. Recently updated, Sea Side Cottage features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (with a double vanity). \[Special Discounts\] Enter these dates to see discounted rates: January 4-8, 2026 (up to 4 nights) - discounted rates + book 3+ nights get one free! Why Stay on East Beach: The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.
