An added feature is additional windows in the main living area since you are located on the end. North Breakers condominiums are generously sized with a private oceanview balcony, full kitchen, and large combined living and dining area. The community features direct beach access, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station. To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated in the spring and fall, allowing for an extended swimming season.
