The patio chairs are the cheapest in the development, the $19 plastic kind, The unit had only one wineglass and the screen door was off. We had a wonderful time overall. The only complaints would be that 2nd bedroom didn't have TV as listed. The kitchen was neglected by inventory of utensils, example would be lack of spoons. Would have been nice if bedrooms had ceiling fans. We do not mind the lack of cosmetic updates, not that important to our family.
