This lovely cottage offers an airy, open floor plan which allows everyone to get together or spread out. The open concept kitchen features double ovens and plenty of cabinet and counter space. The dining area seats 8\. The kitchen island has 4 bar stools for extra seating. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your favorite meals just like at home. There are two living room areas on the main floor with antique heart pine floors throughout. One living room features a gas fireplace and the other a large flat screen TV for your entertainment. Also, half bath located on the main level. Full size washing machine and dryer. Bedrooms (1-King, 3-Queens, 2-Twins) – • The master suite on the main floor features a welcoming king bed, TV and spacious walk-in closet. The downstairs master features a large en-suite bath with his and hers sinks, soaking tub and large walk-in shower. • The upstairs master bedroom features a queen size bed, TV, large closet, balcony overlooking the front of the property, and a spacious bathroom with beautiful soaking tub and walk-in shower. • The 3rd bedroom upstairs features two twin beds, walk in closet and bathroom with shower. • The 4th bedroom upstairs has two queen beds, TV, 2- walk-in closets and beautiful bathroom with large shower and his and her sinks. This bedroom also has a balcony overlooking landscaped backyard and pool. Enjoy the screened in back porch next to the pool with seating for those times you want to be outside, but not in direct sunlight. Back porch also features kitchenette and an outdoor bathroom with shower. Back yard is fenced for privacy. Located with-in walking distance to the ocean, Village, lighthouse, shops, restaurants, gas station and convenience store where you can find most daily items. Pool dimensions are 10’ x 20’. The bedrooms each had their own bathrooms with large showers and the house had great living space and a great pool. The outside of the house could have been in better shape, found broken Lange chairs, BBQ grill parts laying around the pool area empty gas bottles on porch to name a few issues . The ground and pool maintenance teams were in and out in 10 minutes and just worked around the broken and displaced items. An eye for details were definitely missing inside and out when it came to cleanliness. But the home and pool was very nice but for the price it needs need bedspreads, and carpeting in the bedrooms. ##### Robert T. Even though the weather kept us from enjoying everything that the island has to offer, we found plenty to do inside and had a wonderful time. The main floor of this property is perfect for large families with kids with 2 separate areas of entertainment and a large kitchen and bar in between perfect for making sure everyone stays fed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well equipped with comfortable beds, very nice fixtures and plenty of towels. The outdoor area would have been nice to use but the weather just did not permit on this trip. I look forward to using it the next time we stay here. Overall, I would highly recommend this property in all seasons. ##### Carl M. There were at least 3 different common rooms for adults and Kids to gather without interfering with each other. The property was really clean and spacious. It's walking distance to restaurants, pier and beaches. Our group with little ones really enjoyed the pool during hot afternoons. The house was stacked with everything you need, including linens, pots, utensils, grill etc that made our stay comfortable. We are already planning our next stay here. ##### Ayaz V. Location was good to get to the town to eat and to the beach. There is even room for air mattresses on the floor if you need them. The pool was refreshing after spending an afternoon at the beach. We will definitely be back next year!
