We are conveniently located just minutes from the beautiful beaches and island resorts of St. Simons Island. With a thoughtfully designed floor plan, this newer construction three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath end-unit townhome is situated in the rear of the development, surrounded by lush green space for added privacy. Unlike many similar rentals that squeeze eight or more guests in the same space by using a sleeper sofa, we limit occupancy to six adults to provide a more comfortable and relaxing stay. Our home is family-friendly, offering a welcoming and spacious environment for those traveling with children. As owners, we personally manage and use this property, ensuring it is maintained to the highest standards. To keep it in the best possible condition, we do not allow smoking or pets. LATEST UPDATES! Enjoy brand-new furnishings on the porch lanai for 2025! We’ve also added a comfortable swivel recliner this year. In September 2023, we upgraded the sofa and replaced the king-size mattress in the second bedroom for a restful night’s sleep. Plus, we gave the second bathroom a fresh coat of paint. Along with these updates, we continue our commitment to meticulous upkeep, including regular paint touch-ups, decorating refreshes, and deep cleaning. As you step into this fabulous home, you'll be greeted by an open and spacious living area with plush furnishings and a fully stocked kitchen with expansive counters and lots of storage space. Townhouse was clean and decorated in a relaxed beach theme. Master bedroom, bathroom, and closet larger than expected. Plenty of room for a group of 5 to relax, watch movies, assemble a jigsaw puzzle, and do a little cooking while waiting for the weather to improve. Owner allowed a late check out so we could finally get some great beach time before heading home! ##### Stacie T. This property served our purposes to a tee. Lots of room to safely park our loaded down vehicles and plenty of room inside. We especially appreciated the helpful notes throughout including labeling the light switches. It was also equipped with plenty of hangers in the closets, good quality towels (including makeup removal towels on the bathroom counters), and dirty clothes hampers in the closets. The property is quick and easy to access from the mainland which was a plus for us, but it's also convenient to the restaurants, shops, and public beaches on SSI. ##### Amy W.
