Centennial Coast Cottage - with Heated pool

St Simons Rentals is proud to offer the Centennial Cottage at the Coast Cottages on St. Simons Island. The Coast Cottages boast 2 fabulous ocean front pools with a covered pavilion. The cottage is located just 100 yards to the Coast Cottages pools, pavilion and private beach access. Decorated in coastal decor, you and your family will love the open floor plan and covered porches. With spacious rooms throughout, you will enjoy entertaining with family and find the cottage to be very relaxing.

The cottage is very spacious with 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths and sleeps 13. There are 2 master bedrooms each with a king size bed and a private bath. The master on the 3rd level also has a private covered balcony with views to the ocean. The master bathroom has both a tub/shower combination and another shower. It also has double sinks. Leave the 2 sets of French doors open in the evening to hear the soothing sounds of the waves coming ashore. In the morning, if the curtains are left open, the room is flooded with pink light from the sunrise over the ocean. Another bedroom on this level has a twin over full bunk bed and has access to the master bedroom bath and is also adjacent to an entertainment room for the kids. The kids game room on the third floor has a couple of bean bag chairs and a gaming chair for the kids.
On the first level of the cottage is the other master bedroom with a king size bed and private bath, another bedroom with a queen bed and the kids room with 2 sets of sturdy bunks. The laundry room is also located on this level.

The second level of Centennial Cottage is wide open with a fully stocked kitchen, breakfast bar, living area with seating for 9, and the dining table that seats 10. Just off the living area through 3 sets of French doors is the front facing covered deck that has views to the pools and ocean. Two ceiling fans on the deck will keep you comfortable as you enjoy the views. The second level is just perfect for creating together family time.

The Centennial Cottage with all of its amenities is located in Coast Cottages which is one of the premier vacation rental communities on the island. There are 2 ocean front pools and a covered pavilion. The houses are charming colorful coastal homes. St. Simons is a wonderful relaxing place to visit. The island has wonderful restaurants and many activities such as golf, tennis, fishing, swimming and bike riding just to name a few. Centrally located, the Centennial Cottage is just a half mile to restaurants and shops. The pier and village area is approx. 1 mile away and the popular WWII Home Front Museum is located practically in the back yard of the cottages. The island is a great place to ride bikes or take leisurely walks along the marshes that are adjacent to the cottages. You may park 2 vehicles in front of the house and additional cars may be parked at the end of the street.

You and your guests will have access to the 2 neighborhood pools. Details of the Heated Community Pool: The Coast Cottages heats one of the pools on weekends (Friday- Sunday) during cooler months and certain holidays (at no charge to guests) Thanksgiving, week of Christmas through New Years Day, the last week of March and first week of April (Spring Break). Any other days may be heated upon request for $50 per day.

Please note that the occupancy limit for the home also represents your occupancy limit for the common areas. In addition this property STRICTLY prohibits any parties, events, gatherings that would exceed the occupancy of the home.
