We require photo id to verify age. Do not book this property if you are under 25\. Just remodeled, luxury gated all ground level quiet condo. No steps to climb outside or in. One bedroom one bath in very desirable Island Retreat. If you like being close to everything and staying in an upscale, gated, quiet, relaxing spacious condo, look no further, you have just found it. Located in the south Island area, our condo is one and a half miles from East Beach and the Pier area. We always keep the condo immaculately clean. It is perfect for one or as many as four using an expensive, king sized Harvest green organic mattress, a pullout queen sleeper sofa and a twin pullout love seat. Both couches are brand new. Get the best sleep you have ever had on this awesome mattress. The condo is adjacent to the Starbucks, Chick Fliet, Ember, Mas, Winn Dixie Grocery, McDonalds and many other restaurants. Redfern Village, where many other restaurants and shops are located, is just around the corner. The public beach, East Beach and the Pier Village and lighthouse are about a mile and a half away. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook any meal, including coffee maker and keurig pod maker, toasters, pots, pan, cookie sheet, knife set,coffee mugs etc. The condo is tastefully and professionally decorated in modern Island stylings and is steeped in luxurious high end furnishing, linens, kitchen utensils, and HD TV's. There is a 58 inch HD Smart TV in the living room and a 50 inch HD TV in the bedroom and don't miss this, you will get over 150 channels.Why be without your Netflicks or other content provider when you can stream them in our condo on a large TV. The free wireless internet is super fast at 150 mbps. Stream your favorite movies or shows with no delays. The comforter on the bed is very high end like you would see at a high end hotel. My wife and I believe that it is the small things that make our guests vacation lodging special and one of those is having the best of everything in the condo. From a high end all organic mattress that provides a great nights sleep, too free wireless high speed internet and HD TV's in the living room and bedroom, we want your experience to be the finest. The pool, fitness center and tennis / pickle ball courts, which are open year round, are super close to the condo at about 100 paces. The condo also comes with a washing machine and dryer and we supply laundry pods. Plus, the unit is about 100 yards from the gate so when you go for a bike ride you don't spend all your time and energy biking a long distance through a complex or neighborhood, like other vacation rentals. Our goal is for you to want to stay with us every time you visit, have a unique experience and for you to brag to your friends that you found the greatest place at a steal. We respond very quickly and we also provide a restaurant recommendation list and a list of fun things to do on SSI. We also make renting easy as we use a door lock that has a numbered key pad, so there are no keys to worry about. I simply email you the door code about a week prior to your arrival. We also provide early check ins and later check outs, if we do not have other guests checking in the same day. We truly go the extra mile for you. We have tried to simplify everything so you can focus on your vacation. While our listings do say pets considered we will consider dogs only and they have to weigh less than 15 lbs due to the desire to keep our properties the highest quality available. We loved the fact that the owners provided the essentials: laundry detergent; dish soap; some tp; paper towels; coffee. We could settle in and begin exploring before needing to run to the grocery store. Condo was clean, the location was perfect. We loved the area and extended our stay a week! Location was simply the best, near my beloved Southern Soul and my even more beloved Starbucks. Doesn't hurt that Sandy Bottom Bagels is walking distance as well. Check in and check out were a breeze. Bed was super comfortable - husband enjoyed the couch for a nap while I took a late afternoon swim in the community pool. Had a cocktail at the new Hotel Simone. Lunch at the new Fiddlers was delish. It was a perfect weekend. ##### LeeAnn M.
