Book your stay at Frederica Cottage with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals and discover the laid-back luxury of St. Simons Island. Fully updated and decorated with antique finds and original oil paintings from a local artist, this classic beach bungalow combines the charm of a vintage retreat with modern comforts and amenities. The front porch is the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the coastal atmosphere. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch swing or gather with loved ones around the dining table for a meal. A patio area to the side of the house features a grill, ideal for casual cookouts. On the first floor, you'll find an open-concept dining, living, and kitchen area. Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a plush queen bed, are tucked away at the back, with an updated shared bathroom accessible from the main living area. The primary suite, located upstairs, provides a peaceful retreat featuring a king bed and an updated bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The adjacent loft, complete with a daybed, provides additional lounging space for guests. Community amenities are just a short walk down the brick paved street lined with colorful cottages and palm trees. The pool pavilion features two oceanfront pools, lounge chairs for sunbathing, covered seating in the shade, and the private beach boardwalk to St. Simons’ widest stretch of sand. With its prime location, it's no wonder that Coast Cottages is an island favorite. Not only is it steps from the beach, but it's just a short bike ride from some of the best shops and restaurants. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel the laid-back luxury and coastal allure that make the Golden Isles such a beloved destination. Please note that the occupancy limit for the home also represents your occupancy limit for the common areas. In addition this property STRICTLY prohibits any parties, events, gatherings that would exceed the occupancy of the home. Parking for this cottage is limited to 2 spaces. This policy is not flexible and management is not responsible for locating additional spaces. The community pool is heated from Friday through Sunday from the end of September until mid-May, as well as many holiday weeks. Other days, the pool may be heated with prior request for $50 per day.
