SECOND FLOOR UNIT. This cozy 3 bedroom condo has many upgrades. You will enjoy the mid/south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk 2 Redfern Village & other entertainment. Master has a King, another King in a guest room, Queen in the last guest bedroom, & the living room has a brand new sleeper sofa. Comes w/ new furnishings & reliable wifi. Access to pool, & includes USAGE OF 6 BIKES for an additional fee. NO PETS or ANIMALS ALLOWED. SEE RULES FOR HIGH PET FEE. Price Includes per stay: 8 Bath Towels 8 Wash Cloths 1 Roll of Toilet Paper (per bathroom) 8 Starter Coffee Pods If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20\. I love that they sent a video of how to find the condo to make it easier on us. Pool was nice 3ft to 6ft and gym had some decent equipment. I did rent the bikes but wasn't able to use them, felt like the road close was to busy to ride any bikes to get to any stores. But I am from the country so people who are city like would probably be more comfortable with it. Place was clean and smelled good. A/c worked amazing as well Only a few cons master bathroom shower takes three minutes to start to get warm, same with the kitchen sink. Other shower didn't have that issue so its probably because it's further from the hot water heater, but once it got warm it stayed hot a long time. Oh also the dryer takes forever but that's neither here nor there I was just grateful there was one. Overall would totally stay again in the future Host was very attentive and helpful ##### Melody C.
