Beach Club at St. Simons #416 Absolutely charming! You will love everything about this oceanfront residence. Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this two bedroom, two bathroom ocean front condominium located at the much desired Beach Club at St. Simons. Unit #416 features a fully equipped, updated kitchen, combined living and dining area and updated bathrooms. Your favorite spot will probably be the large private balcony just off the den that opens up to both bedrooms as well. The dining room table seats four comfortably and there are additional bar stools for morning coffee! The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, television, and en-suite bathroom. The guest room features two twin beds and another bathroom is located right around the corner. The Beach Club at St. Simons Island is a well-established gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds and loads of amenities. This long time destination favorite for families and couples caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure. Amenities include a large swimming pool, children's pool, two hot tubs, a tennis court, fitness center and business center with complimentary internet access. While you are there, pick up some brochures featuring the bike/walking trails on the island or where to hunt for the Island Tree Spirits. Are you here for the food too? Some of the Island’s best restaurants are in walking distance – Crabdaddy’s, Crab Trap, Beachcomber and Barrier Island Brewing Company, just to name a few. Parking is available for two vehicles under the condominium complex. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.
