With under sixty residences, Shipwatch is a quiet and gated community in the popular East Beach neighborhood and is ideal for weekend getaways, work at home retreats, or a comfortable snowbird destination during the mild coastal winter months. Shipwatch Complex amenities include an elevator, free gated parking, private boardwalk access to enjoy St Simons Island’s beautiful sandy beaches, a swimming pool, large grass lawn, outdoor grills, and Wi-Fi internet. We had everything we needed. How to operate the livingroom TV was a bit confusing. I would suggest written instructions for the TV should be in the infomation binder. I appreciate Georgia Coast Realty working with us when we requested a change in dates.The area was fun to expolor, stroll through the parks, the restaurants were great, and the locals were very friendly.
