Just a 3-minute walk to the beach and a 9-minute walk to The Pier Village! Enjoy the convenience of being near the pickleball courts, the park, the beach, and many great local shops and restaurants. The space: This charming cottage offers a peaceful stay beneath a stunning live oak tree in the heart of the Village. Inside you'll find a king bedroom with en-suite bath and walk-in shower, a spacious living area with queen sofa bed, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Roku TV is available—just log in to your own streaming apps. The large outdoor sitting area is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Pet friendly, but no fenced yard. A dog park is just a short walk away! A family or group of 4 can comfortably enjoy this home. A $200 pet fee will be charged if you are bringing your dog. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location: close to both beach and Pier Village. Why Jumanji? Well this place has vegetation growing out of the base boards, lol! No, really! Also a bunch a critters were encountered inside the dwelling: Moths, geckos, millipedes, pincher bugs. Eh, whatever. The decor was very nicely beach themed and updated. Generally clean (vice the laundry room and inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers). Kitchen is pretty beat.
