The neighborhood was quiet with a small pool, exercise room, and tennis courts easily accessible. The layout was great with nice-sized walk-in closets attached to each bedroom and two full baths. The only slight issue was old plumbing (especially in the master bath) but they were looking into some of those issues. Yes, as someone mentioned, the door lock is VERY loud but that's only a problem if someone is sleeping. We preferred to drive to the pier, but if it's crowded, it is technically close enough to walk. We actually walked all the way to the lighthouse and back, which wouldn't have been too bad if we hadn't also climbed 129 stairs to the top of the lighthouse! But it was worth it! We also enjoyed eating at Frosty's and Iguana's, which were about a 10-12 minute walk from the condo and passed pickleball courts and a nice, large playground on the way. The condo was really nice for the price we paid and we will for sure be back next year! We really appreciated that it was an easy walk into the Village. The surroundings of the condo was lovely with all the live oaks and water features. Besides being updated and well appointed, this condo is perfectly located. We were able to let the big kids ride their bikes to the pier and walk our little to the park to play. We never had to get back into our cars. We rode our bikes or walked everywhere fun including the beach and the Village. ##### Tammy P.
