Студия находиться на Васильевском острове, что не далеко от центра (до Невского одна станция), ближайшее метро Василеостровская, так же как выяснилось можно по набережной пройти до м.Спортивная. Пешком до метро идти 20-25 минут. В мини-студии все очень компактно, ожидать простора не стоит, но на 2-4 дня переночевать вполне удобно. В холле квартиры есть стиральная машина и утюг. Номер напоминает вагон-купе с удобствами)) Санузел совсем небольшой, совмещен душ с туалетом, есть небольшие проблемы с канализацией; по чистоте не супер, но и не плохо. Горячая вода была, полотенца и постельное белье выдают, качество хорошее.
