it was our vacation with my husband. the staff did their best to make us feel like kings. be sure to go for a massage to Tatiana and Denis. Concierge Natalya will book the impossible. if to Petersburg, then only in Four Seasons

Holiday getaway.
Hotel location is fantastic. The room very comfortable and cozy with nice view. This visit the service provided by house keeping was not to the Four Seasons level. The staff lacked experience of providing the level of service we expected . Over all it was fine but not vow.

Absolutely fabulous vacation!
This was fabilous! I am definitely going back there! They really try hard to make you happy - and they know how to do that! The building itself is very beautiful, staff is friendly, room was great, food delicious! This is not a regular hotel, but this is something much, much more!

This hotel is simply perfect! The rooms are beautiful the location unbelievable the service amazing the food spectacular. I would stay there again as soon as I could! The location is amazing, the staff so friendly and helpful and it’s the best stay we’ve had abroad with our family. Nothing was too much and the help from the staff made our trip very special, a once in a life time!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The concierge service went out of their way to get us tickets for Catherine’s Palace. The Four Seasons Hotel LIon Palace is a must when visiting Saint Petersburg the location is incredible! They also arranged a private tour guide for the Hermitage which I would highly recommend. Her knowledge of Russian history was worth the price and of course the Hermitage is one of the best museums in the world!

The whole experience was superb, the very best hotel in St Petersburg . Expensive but worth every penny. If we ever go back we would only stay at the Four Seasons Hotel. Best position for all major attractions. Wonderful staff. The full 5 star hotel.

It was, quite simply, the finest hotel stay I have ever experienced, and at the age of 72, I have stayed at a number of hotels throughout the world. The food was indescribable—in fact, we ate there every night.

My stay at Four Seasons was exceptional. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the double room was spectacular. From check-in to check-out, everything was speedy and seamless. Definitely recommend this hotel especially for the location. A lot of monuments and fantastic restaurants in walking distance.

Best hotel experience in St Petersburg
We celebrated a special birthday for a family member here. I can only say that this is a most special hotel and the service, from the front doors to concierge, from the restaurant staff to the bar waiters, was absolutely excellent. They really go all out to make you feel so very special !!!

Excellent location and the best sevice. The Italian restaurant is amazing, I tried the chef’s recommendation with the wine pairing and it was unbelievable. The service great as always in the four seasons.

Location and Luxury
The hotel was wonderful! The staff were knowledgeable and helpful and attentive. We stayed four nights. Hotel in the perfect location for seeing all the sights. Hotel has a distinguished history. We ate breakfast every day in hotel dining room. Delicious Russian dishes. We enjoyed high tea as well there. Pool , sauna and steam perfect break after a day of touring. Concierges arranged tour by boat and guided tour of Peterhof for us. Irene our guide was outstanding. Concierges Dennis, Natalie and others were very helpful. I would absolutely stay here whenever in Saint Petersburg. The restaurant staff outstanding. Room was perfect. We slept well and had all the room amenities to make our stay comfortable.
