According to the Association, there may may be a couple of days during these dates where they will shut down the pool, and they will post signs by the pool when closing. Come stay and enjoy this beautifully decorated unit. It has a full kitchen, king size bed in the master, 2 queens in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa (living room). It is a 3 minute walk to the Indian Rocks Beach and so many restaurants with in walking distance. Your booking comes with 4 free daily water park passes. Additional passes can be purchased at a discount. Travel insurance is recommended as this unit has a strict cancellation policy of no refunds. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, THERE ARE 2 ELEVATORS THAT TRAVEL FROM GROUND LEVEL TO AS HIGH AS THE 5TH FLOOR, AND ONE ELEVATOR, BY THE ROUNDABOUT, THAT TRAVELS TO ALL LEVELS.. PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty. Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay. To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials: Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom One roll of paper towels Hand soap at each sink Dish soap A few trash bags for each trash can A few laundry sheets Dish detergent and sponge Ground coffee or coffee pods Dish towel(s) In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Communication was fine, only done through email, check in process was a little cumbersome. Fees doubled the cost of the rental. Admin Fees, Management Fees, Community Fees - Beyond ridiculous. Followed directions with putting the key cards back exactly where we were told... only to see a charge for a missing key reported by the cleaners. Next day had an email asking, and stated exactly where we put them, but no follow up and they left the charge in place. In the end this is just a typical "not really by owner" rental, just that of a property management company. Minutes from the beach and activities for the kiddos. I would suggest doing 2 nights here because the slides close at 6 and check in is at 4 so not a lot of time to play. We are a family of 6 with our kids ages from 9 and younger. We did not feel crammed one bit. The kids loved the water park and mini golf. Great little condo in a perfect location in Indian Rocks Beach. Walkable to everything- shops, restaurants, beach. On-site water park was a hit with the kiddos! The condo itself was very clean- and we are picky about cleanliness!- which we greatly appreciated. It also had everything stocked that we needed- towels, beach gear, beach cart, even beach toys for the little ones. Debi was a pleasure to work with and responded promptly to all our questions.
