This spacious apartment offers approximately 1150 square feet of living space, featuring original terrazzo floors throughout. The fully equipped kitchen boasts Italian cabinetry, Quartz countertops, and top-of-the-line full-size Samsung appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The large family room seamlessly flows into the dining area, creating a central hub for the home. A split floor plan ensures privacy, accommodating guests on either side of the apartment. There are two beautiful modern bathrooms with glass tile and the latest Moen fixtures. For your comfort, you will find luxurious white towels, crisp Frette Percale sheets, soft and firm Pacific Coast Down Pillows, and a comfortable Simmons Beauty Rest mattress, all of which are used in fine four and five-star hotels. The five of us - friends since high school - stayed here for a long weekend. We've visited Clearwater every year for more than 20 years and have stayed in lots of rentals in the area. This place is very clean, well-decorated, and in a great location (north of the pier). The added touches like beach gear and complimentary snacks were icing on the cake.
