We really liked the location and the setting of the property. It was very relaxing with many restaurants within walking distance. The condo was very comfortable and well-stocked. On the negative side, the pool wasn't operational on our 30 day stay and the bikes needed some maintenance. The condo was pretty clean except housecleaning didn't wipe down the white kitchen cabinets and electrical plates were not clean. Baseboards really need to be cleaned with soap and water. Some of this may not have been done due to time because we requested to have the carpet cleaned, We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. ##### Randy O. Restaurants close by. Minutes to Dunedin or Tarpon Springs. Quiet community setting. Water access. Lots of games and sporting equipment. Easy contact with the owner. It was great that it had the ping pong and pool table to help with what turned out to be a rainy stay. The host was very responsive to my questions. The kitchen had what we needed as far as equipment and dishes. A Win Dixie is near by for food and spices. There were fishing rods, bicycles, kayaks, and a paddle board. Unfortunately for us the weather did not allow us to put them to use. If we are down again with the kids, we hope to rent it again. ##### Ben H.
