This cannot be done in person. Welcome to our beautiful, 2-bed suite on the 2nd floor at Coral Resort. Regular machines are $2.50 per wash and $2.50 per dry. Larger machines are $3.00 per wash and $3.00 per dry. The Neighborhood: Beachside neighborhood with bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants all \*right there\*. Don't even need a car. Getting Around: Everything is walkable. Other Things to Note: This unit is a private unit at a resort. We manage only a select few units here, all top tier and well taken care of. As a result, we have zero control over any of the amenities outside of the unit. Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.) ⚠️ General construction has been completed throughout the property. There's just a few units undergoing construction but are progressing according to each owner's individual schedule. There are continued work on the association unit in Building AE and the pool bathroom in D building. All major construction and any work that may cause significant noise has been completed. Remaining tasks involve interior finish work only and will be performed during standard business hours. Beautiful view, comfortable and spacious, clean, and excellent location! Within walking distance to shopping, the pier, and restaurants, as well as easy access to the causeway. The 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, allowed us each to have our own space and privacy. Anytime we had a question, the managers were quick to respond, kind, and helpful. The warm pool and lounge chairs were a nice bonus!
