Welcome to our slice of heaven on the beach! Pull up directly under the covered parking and gaze eye-level at the sand and waves from this Gulf-front property. Our three-bedroom, three-bathroom beach condo was completely renovated with new interior construction. Fresh features include a brand-new kitchen with the latest appliances, smart TV’s in the living room and all bedrooms, and all new furniture and mattresses including a Tempur-Pedic in the Master. The building is a community of eight units, the perfect quiet escape that makes the beach, pool and amenities feel all your own. The living room space is a perfect combination of elegance and comfort with its tasteful beach décor and cooling colors of blues and grays. The sliding doors open to a private balcony with breathtaking views of the ocean and sunsets. The living room has a 65-inch smart TV, full-size plush sofa, electric leather recliner and two beachy swivel chairs. The space has an open floor plan featuring a six-person dining table and full kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, dual icemaker in the fridge, under-cabinet lighting and is equipped with all your basic kitchen tools, pots, pans and serving ware. The bedroom on the main level has a large closet, two twin-sized foam mattress beds, with a bathroom just outside the door including a full-sized tub and shower combo. Walk up the stairs with stainless steel appointed handrails and you will find two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The Master is a spacious room with a king-sized Tempur-Pedic bed, large dresser, smart 55-inch TV and its own private balcony overlooking the ocean. Enter the Master private bathroom through a sliding barn door and immediately feel the luxury spa ambiance of white marble tile throughout the large shower and dual sink countertops. Soak up your view of the ocean from the shower! The second guest bedroom on this level is oversized and charming with cool surf-style décor and private bathroom. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, along with a comfortable armchair that pulls out to a twin-sized bed and large dresser for storage. The bathroom is all new with sleek quartz countertops and a walk-in shower. Venture downstairs to the ground level and you will find a stunning pool. The condo includes a lockable storage unit by the pool filled with beach chairs, floats, sand toys, tents and umbrellas for your use. There is also a cabinet and second closet for sunscreen, a Weber charcoal grill and more toys. Oh yeah, there's also a commercial ice machine to keep your coolers full. You will feel at home, safe and secure, with a lockable access gate to the beach allowing only residents and their guests to enjoy the property. A four-digit keypad entry to the front door makes it safe and convenient to come and go without the hassle of a key. There is high speed wi-fi throughout the condo with multiple router points for uninterrupted connectivity. A new full-size stackable washer and dryer will make it as easy as possible to live clean and comfortable. Indian Shores is one of the Gulf beaches best kept secrets – where you can slow down, disconnect and live in the moment. There are plenty of nearby dining options, shopping destinations, fantastic fishing and water activities. Grab a latte and breakfast sandwich at Indian Shores Coffee, a mere 0.2 walk north on Gulf Boulevard…or venture 0.3 miles to the popular Salt Rock Grill and enjoy a cocktail and unbeatable surf and turf overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway. You can also enjoy relaxed atmospheres and often live music at local favorites such as Seabreeze Island Grill, Caddy’s Indian Shores, JD’s and Dockside Dave’s. From the moment we walked in, the views from both the main and top levels were incredible and the decor was spot on!Our host, Paul was fantastic- responsive, welcoming and invested in making our experience a memorable one. He clearly has pride in this property. It deserves a rating of 6 on a 5-point scale. The townhouse is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you need for vacation. The beachfront location has direct access to the beach and great views from all levels. I rent VRBO-listed properties 2-3 times a year, on average, and this townhome is my new favorite, hands down. To start, the location is wonderful: beachfront within an intimate grouping of privately-owned, well-maintained townhomes in beautiful Indian Shores. You walk out the first floor deck, go down the stairs and are either at the pool or just steps from a beautiful beach & the Gulf. Out the front door (the other direction) and a brief walk away, you'll find a bustling local coffee shop and also a delicious seafood restaurant (Salt Rock Grill). Numerous other wonderful local eating establishments are a short drive away, as are grocery stores and a Starbucks if you can't do without your daily cup. But the best part is the interior - wow! So tastefully decorated with an eye toward comfort and a touch of beachfront whimsy. The owners were incredibly thoughtful in the countless conveniences they had on hand for their renters (e.g. fully stocked bathrooms and kitchen, a wonderful supply of high quality bath and beach towels, numerous beach chairs and water toys, charcoal grill with charcoal & lighting fluid supplied, both a traditional and a single-serve coffee maker, etc.). Very useful directions in their renters' instructions on how to use various features of the unit, including pictorial guidance for the TV remotes (much appreciated since we were there during the college Bowl season!). The beds are very comfortable - a real treat. My family members enjoyed that each bedroom had access to its own bathroom, in the way the floorplan is laid out. The master provides privacy in case you need a little quiet time in the midst of your holiday, with its own deck. The sunsets experienced there are hard to describe - every evening is like a new show. You'll find yourself scheduling that part of your day around being either on the beach or on the deck to drink it in (my friends at home finally asked me to stop sending daily pics - too much of a tease). I give this property my highest recommendation. We'll definitely be back! ##### Debra L.
