Expect some noise and exterior building renovation work M-F 8am-5pm. Balcony and pool area closure is possible. Beach access not affected! This project is ongoing, with \*estimated\* completion by Summer 2026. \-Elevator IS currently working, but there is always a chance for repairs since it was affected by the hurricane flood last fall. Full refurbishment is starting soon to guarantee reliability. This condo is on the 2nd floor. Welcome to your best vacation ever in this 1-bedroom 1.5-bathroom condo with a large balcony overlooking the luscious palms and pool at Crystal Palms Beach Resort conveniently located and nestled in the heart of Treasure Island, Florida. The ultimate vacation destination where you’ll enjoy the ocean, white sandy beach, breathtaking sunsets, and turquoise waters. The Crystal Palms complex has an outdoor heated pool and spa, with handicap friendly equipment to get into the water. Also provided are all linens, towels, and beach towels. We do our best to stock some ground coffee, coffee filters, sugar, salt and pepper in the kitchen cabinet. We can’t guarantee k-cups. Not provided - laundry detergent, facial tissues, or bottled water. This is not a full-service hotel with daily housekeeping. We clean after your stay. Guests are responsible for providing their own toiletries and additional supplies.
