Downtown is a short distance away, and the beaches are just a short drive. We took advantage of the dock and the kayaks that is very convenient, lots of marine life right off the dock! We seen, stingrays, sheep head, mullet, crabs and even got to kayak with a huge pod of dolphins!The apartment was spacious and tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stayWe can't thank Chanda enough, she was very helpful with any needs we had and was very prompt on communication. Piers are about to fall in the water and should probably be condemned. Dust, cup, and sock under one bed, other stuff under other. Water in bathroom sink and tub do not drain well. Couldn't cook a meal if you wanted to, had some dishes but not near enough to eat or cook. Chip bags, cigar butts, straw and napkin in courtyard on arrival. Literally cannot walk in the door because the couch is literally in front of it, Gees, rearrange a little. The location and check-in and communication were all fine. ##### Dena C. The host was responsive and let us check in early.Cons:The backyard and deck were unsafe and poorly maintained. Photos of the yard were removed after booking. A downed power line, debris, and a damaged dock roof made the area dangerous. The kayaks were unusable—covered in barnacles and missing plugs.
