This unit is a two-bedroom, two-bath unit with 3 flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and all the comforts of home. The beautifully renovated unit features an updated kitchen, an updated master bathroom, and an updated guest bathroom. The unit comfortably sleeps 6 guests, with a queen-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets! This unit is extremely peaceful and tranquil. Come experience a little slice of paradise in this home away from home that lets you sit outside with a view of the pond right on the back patio! Note: A 1-week minimum stay requires Saturday arrival in season. Rental application has to be submitted to the condo association. You will need to provide your home address for the application. Isla Del Sol - meaning Island of the Sun, is an island community on a tropical barrier island surrounded by Boca Ciega Bay and nestled between the southernmost tip of St Petersburg and St Pete Beach, Florida. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. While you are on vacation, they may not be. • All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers. • Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal.
