All three bedrooms were very hot and stuffy, thankfully 2 had box fans. One evening the vent in one bathroom "rained" down. When the maintenance company was called, we were told to go upstairs and tell those neighbors not to shower. Two days later another company called to say they would look at it. When they did not show up at the scheduled time I called them and they thought the unit was in Clearwater. It is ridiculous that no extra garbage bags or paper towels are provided. The only beach chair (5 double seats) rentals near the building are booked months in advance. The elevator was so hot and smelled bad it was very unpleasant. Having to drive to a separate place to get keys and return them is not at all convenient. Needing a key for elevator (no folks it is not a lobby), to get on beach, to get in pool area is also not convenient. At least the location was nice... ##### Lori P.
