This beautifully remodeled spacious 2 bedroom Seaside suite is nestled in the quaint beach community of Indian Shores Fl. This upscale private apartment has some views of the inter-coastal waterway, right off the back yard. This absolutely beautiful suite has an open floor plan with all the comforts of home. Your beach access is just steps away.

Make it a romantic getaway for 2 or bring the family and enjoy the convenience of walking to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Will sleep up to 6 with the pullout trundle beds.

Rent a boat at one of the local shops or hop on the beach trolley that stops steps from the apartment and explore Clearwater beach and St. Pete beach communities. We supply the beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Come visit this little slice of paradise.

Indian Shores is a favorite with our guests. Located on the thinnest part of the barrier Island with the beach on one side and the bay on the other. Just a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. Ten minutes to the north, you'll find another marina and a variety of shops and restaurants at Clearwater Beach, also home to the Clearwater Aquarium, the residence of dolphin movie star Winter from Dolphin Tale. For a taste of city life, nearby downtown St. Petersburg, a 20-minute drive from the beach, is home to several world-class art museums, including the renowned Salvador Dali Museum, and popular attractions less than an hour's drive away include Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and the Florida Aquarium. For day trips, Orlando, Disney World and Sea World are a 90-minute drive and both the Tampa International Airport and the St. Petersburg-Clearwater Airport are within a 30-minute drive.

Cute place

The place was cute and comfy. I would offer some suggestions. I would offer a kitchen/hand towel. Some candles, in case of power outage during a tropical storm and ear plugs. The putt putt place next door was convenient to the location but they started blowing off the course at 7am, which woke me up each morning. But other than those minor things, everything was perfect..

Loved our stay

Loved our stay here. Perfect location. Our dryer was not working and we called and someone came and repaired it quickly. Also loved that there were beach chairs, umbrella, Pack N Play and and air mattress supplied if we would have needed it. We would love to come back again.

Perfect house for a beach vacation!

We really loved our stay! Our only regret was not being there for a longer time!! The unit had everything you could need to enjoy your get away!! Being so close to the beach and so many other attractions, we barely had to drive anywhere! We didn’t need to communicate much with the property owners, but our questions were answered very quickly! We felt very safe during our stay! Our family would love to stay there again!

Great place!

We had a wonderful stay. The host was excellent and very responsive to any questions we had. Everything advertised was exactly as is in person. The property was neat and very clean. Great location for most things along the strip. If going to Indian rocks beach again, we will definitely contact this host first! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Convenient to relaxing beach

In the middle of active communities to the north and south. Must travel to participate however bus is a option. Quite relaxing location. Very convenient Ocean beach access. The bay access is really of no benefit the water is really murky and weedy Grill for unit A is located on Unit B deck. Very uncomfortable location for common access. Great private property and muck better than dealing with Condo elevators.

Great place to chill

Was a great stay, well equipped. Is great for a two couples, but too small for a large family. Is right across the street from the beach. Lots to do within walking distance. Mini golf is next door, but not an issue as far as noise.

Great beach place!

Our family of four including my two daughters in college and our dog loved our short stay here! It was a great locations, right across street from the beach! It was clean and stocked with all necessities from paper towels, soap, to beach towels, chairs, and a wagon. We would stay here again!

Spring training getaway

We were very happy with our stay .across from beach , close to Phillies training stadium. We had a blast ! Great restaurants with in walking distance.

Disappointed with the listing. There is a fire-pit pictured on the beach but it was non existent. The grill pictured is actually for the unit at the back of the house, on their deck. It would be awkward to use as that unit was occupied while we were there. Don’t be fooled by the beach pictures. The house, although in a great location, is located across the street from the beach. It is located on the inter-coastal waterway but the back unit is on that side. There are also paddle boards and kayaks pictured and listed as amenities but there are none available and the property manager said we could rent them, which is also misleading. The house was fine for our needs but 4 rolls of TP, 4 dishwasher pods and 4 laundry pods is pretty stingy for a 15 night booking.

Night at the beach

We were only there for one night, attending a special event, but the property looked just like the pics. Very cute, clean, and a short walk across the street to the beach. It suited our needs perfectly. Perfect size for 2 couples or a small family.

Rental is not as advertised

The location of this property is good. However, there was a major problem with the shower. We arrived on a Sunday and could not use the shower due to the fact that it trickled cold water, and in order to take a shower you had to have it on hot water only. of course you can’t take a shower like that without burning your skin. The bottom of the shower is missing the grate thatcovers the drain. So what they did was put a small drain cover and you slide into this deformation in the bottom of the shower. We had to go out and buy a nonslip mat to cover the hole. We notified the property manager and went back-and-forth and did not get to take a shower until Tuesday evening. They wanted us to wait till Wednesday and we refused. We still have yet to get a refund for the days that we could not use our shower especially when you’re on a beach. We had to wait for maintenance to come who couldn’t fix it. We had to wait another day to get the plumber to come. And property manager told us we didn’t have to be there. The problem with that is all of our belongings were in there, and we were not comfortable with someone else having the code to access our place. Never heard back from the property manager after the shower was fixed the couch was so uncomfortable you couldn’t sit on it. It has a cover on it, which we removed to see what was going on only to find out that they just stuffed some pillows and the couch was so filthy dirty we took pictures of it. Not happy with the fact no dressers

Cute & Sweet By The Beach

This place was just as listed. Great place to have pets. Nice to be able to just walk them out back for bathroom purposes. Kitchen could have more baking sheets for cooking. Great to have coffee & filters supplied. Our biggest complaint was the water pressure in the shower. Literally non-existent! Very hard to rinse or get shampoo out of hair. King bed was very comfy. Didn't use other bed. Nice to be right across from the beach access. Make sure you back in when you park there. Very hard to back out when there is traffic

Such a cute beach house!

This house is so perfect and cute! Stayed with my husband and 1 year old. The beach is across the street. Mini golf next door. Loved staying here. It was a very large house. All we could talk about was how we want to come back and stay there again ! The property managers answered all messages/questions quickly when we wanted to extend our stay while we were there. They supplied everything you need for the beach (toys, chairs, wagon, umbrellas, beach towels) even supplied us with a pack and play and a high chair for our little one!

Great Stay

The facility was clean, large, and across the street from a beautiful beach. The only downside was we had to drive about a half hour to get to a dog friendly beach. The facility itself was great for a dog as they prepared ahead of time to make it dog friendly.

Cute cottage

We were very pleased from the moment we walked in of the cleanliness and brightness of the cottage. Upon inspection, pleasantly surprised to see that this cottage was very generously appointed with all the necessities of daily living; ie, paper towels, tp, dishwashing soap, to name a few. There is a nice little yard in back with a view of the bay. Located directly across the street from the beach with easy access. Close to shopping and restaurants. Overall comfortable.

Perfect Little Home at the Beach

This place was adorable. Steps from the beach, shopping, food, putt putt... it was great. The property was totally updated and gave a wonderful beach vibe. Beds were comfy and even though we were on the road it was quiet.
