House Rules:
1. No amplified outdoor music after 9pm. We advise to use pool till 8pm to avoid slip hazard. We are equipped with Minut Noise Sensors and Ring home system for your safety and compliance purpose.
2. Our garbage collection comes every Monday and Thursday; we appreciate you bringing out the garbage to the front.
3. Privacy protection: There is no video camera inside the house, noise detectors and security system are all outside.
4. Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly property; we charge $50/pet for cleaning fee given the extra steps caused by pet hair. Please pick up pet poop timely.
5. Pool Heater: Pool heater is set to 85 degrees. We don't charge additional heater fee. Pool heater can be adjusted up for additional cost.
