Plan your perfect Florida vacation with our spacious property offering both a charming main home and a cozy secondary studio, ideal for large families or groups. Just 15 minutes from Tampa International Airport and local beaches, you’ll enjoy easy access to everything Pinellas Park has to offer.  
  
The main unit features 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, comfortably accommodating up to 8 adults and 2 children. It includes 2 queen-size beds, 1 full-size bed, a bunk bed with 2 twin-size beds, and a queen-size sofa bed. The beautifully renovated home offers a fully-equipped kitchen, Smart TVs in every room, and a workspace with a monitor for remote work.  
  
The secondary unit features 1 bedroom with a full-size bed and a full-size pull-out sofa, accommodating up to 4 guests. It also has a fully-equipped kitchen and Smart TVs in every room.  
  
Both units have access to a beautiful backyard with a 4ft deep above-ground pool, a small kids park with swings, a BBQ, cornhole, and a dartboard, providing plenty of entertainment for all ages.  
  
Located in central Pinellas Park, our property is less than half a mile from The Shoppers at Park Place, offering dining options like BJ's Restaurant & Brew House, Five Guys, and Cold Stone Creamery, plus a movie theater. The main home ensures privacy as it operates as a secondary unit, with soundproof insulation to minimize noise between the two spaces. Pets are welcome, making it the perfect spot for the entire family!
