Memories are made here! | Crimson 302 boasts the best Gulf view in the complex! It's a corner unit located on the 3rd floor where you will be sure to enjoy the best sunsets on the beach. Relax on your balcony after a day at the hot tub, pool or beach. Free Wifi Crimson is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Unit Features: The kitchen is remodeled with solid wood cabinets and granite countertops. Enjoy your family and friends while entertaining around a 5x9 island, never missing a view of the beach. The island is equipped with a stainless steel sink farm sink w/disposal and dishwasher while the kitchen has stainless steel refrigerator, stove and microwave. Enjoy fully stocked kitchen including all small appliances and cookware you will need. The living room is decorated with unique art, modern lighting fixtures, designer furniture, a large screen plasma TV and plenty of seating for family gatherings. Relax on the large, oceanfront patio with dining and chase lounge chairs.

Bed/Bath: The Master bedroom features a king size bed and fully renovated master bath with over-sized walk-in shower, very large vanity with two sinks and large walk-in closet. You will enjoy the view of the ocean from your master bedroom that opens to your large patio. The first guest bedroom provides a 2 twin beds, plenty of dresser drawer space and a large walk-in closet. The second guest bedroom provides one queen bed with dresser and closet. The beautiful guest bathroom is fully renovated and is centrally located, providing a tub/shower and beautiful vanity with storage. This unit comes complete with an in-suite laundry room with washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and several extra pillows and blankets. Crimson 302 is a Non-Smoking unit. Great pride has gone into each detail of this unit. We hope you enjoy this beach front oasis for years to come.

As a SunHost Resorts managed unit, you will have access to onsite hot tub, heated pool, bbq grills and this property will be fully furnished with all kitchen utensils, linen for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay. Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as faxing, copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home.

Beautiful Views right on the ocean
We enjoyed the location of the condo, the master bedroom/bathroom and the main area were nice, some maintenance could be done, but nice. The things that could be listed is that the condo does not provide paper towels, coffee, seasonings, cooking oil, soft soap, laundry soap, nor trash bags that actually hold trash. So make sure to grab more at the grocery store than just the essentials. Also, the other Queen bedroom is at the very front entrance of the condo and no room for anything else and not private. Overall the condo and balcony were nice. Pool was nice. Beds were comfy, could have more choices in pillows. Plenty of towels and washcloths for our group of 4 adults.

Awesome ocean feeling
We had a great stay and the views are just awesome, the sound of the ocean was so relaxing. The pool was heated and had a good size and depth, nobody else used it so it seems we had it all to ourselves. The hot tub was warm the first day but then it was no longer heated. The unit is great overall but would benefit from a few upgrades. First, the wifi would have been OK before the pandemic but in 2021 expectations have changed and using it was just stressful. Netflix was working but we could only have one zoom session running at a time and needed to ensure that all other devices were cut off from the internet during this ... and even then the connections dropped occasionally. comparable places we stayed in around Tampa had 10x more internet throughput. T-mobile had one bar in this location so mobile hotspot was not working There was no electronic check-in with a key code, Instead you need to pickup physical keys within a one hour window (4-5pm) from the office in front of the unit. We did not mind the dated couch as it was comfy and the vintage dryer but our neighbors might not have been so excited about the noise it created. We would rent again.

Location can’t be beat! Loved relaxing and eating meals on the balcony. Condo was clean and beds were comfortable. Had an issue with the coffee maker not working but a new one was available for us the same day. Would rent again!

The furniture needs updating and maybe some paint. We had issues with the dishwasher and the shower which were fixed eventually. The views and comfort of this unit was great and they had a well stocked kitchen.

Our family of 6 stayed here. We liked the location, right on the beach. Beach is nice. Pool is good. Room was nice. Chairs and sofa in living area looked shaggy, not that clean. We've stayed in other properties that were much cleaner, which is why i didn't give this 5 stars.

302 Crimson is a great condo! We felt like we were at home, not in a rental!! The views were amazing and the location to the beach and Johns Pass were great! We would definitely stay here again when coming to this area!
