It was immaculately clean very spacious and well stocked with all the essentials. The central air unit kept the temperature throughout the unit very comfortable. The beds were great and the bathrooms were clean and modern. This is a very spacious rental with a large living room and kitchen. Plus a covered deck off the living room which also can be accessed from the master bedroom as well as a second covered deck on the on the other side of the house accessed from the kitchen area. It's a short two block walk to Sunset beach and about a mile walk or short drive to Fred Howard Park a much larger and busier beech area. The property is located in a beautiful tranquil neighborhood where can freely walk with no concerns for your safety. The owners live next door and are very friendly and quickly available should you need anything. Mike and Jill have a beautiful property. Very clean and they were great with communication. The apartment has everything that you could need for a beach house vacation. Literally! This property surpassed our expectations in every way. It is a beautiful home away from home, in an excellent location. Walk to the beach, short drive to the stores and restaurants. There were two decks and a very well supplied kitchen. Mike and Jill are very friendly and eager to ensure that you have what you need to truly enjoy your stay in Tarpon Springs! You feel so welcome from the moment you walk in their place. They put a lot of love and care into your stay and leave nothing out! Very clean, nicely decorated, roomy, kid friendly and the neighborhood is great too. We walked down to Sunset Beach and the kids saw their first sunset over the ocean, and didn't feel unsafe at all! This was the first trip that I didn't feel the need to clean and Clorox wipe everything down before we settled in. We really felt at home. Their apartment has too many good features to name all of them. They really go above and beyond to make your stay awesome! They are the sweetest folks and you can not go wrong staying here.
