This condo is perfect! It's laid out perfectly inside and the huge corner balcony is awesome for watching the sunset every night! Reserved parking and close enough to walk to several of our favorite places! I particularly enjoyed this unit (not only for the spectacular views, the cleanliness of the unit and the layout) but also because i could use the stairs - super convenient! And having a balcony on each bedroom was just an added bonus. I cannot say enough about this unit. Me and my family will most definitely return to this unit! Absolutely doesn't get any better than this. Only 5 floors, 3 units on each, not a large crowded condo building. Literally only steps to the beach and pool. From the corner unit we can see both sunrise and spectacular sunsets. Even when full the units are very quiet. Upgrades always being made. This year new lamps, more hangers, possibly new dryer, air conditioning system was awesome, never had to adjust the temp, left it at a constant 73 degrees, living rooms shades fixed. Once we arrived to the unit we had to sweep floors due to objects like bottle caps in the floor. We also had to wash the sheets because they had hairs that weren’t ours all over the sheets and pillows. One of the toilets had a urine stain on it. The unit has a restriction on the air conditioning unit. You aren’t able to take it any lower than 72\. The check in process was easy but not convenient due to having to go to a separate location to get keys. Location of the property was great though. ##### Taylor L.
