This top floor, end unit condo features panoramic views of our crystal clear Gulf water and sugar sand beaches. Located on the top floor of the very popular Island Sands Condo complex, this 2 BR 2 BA unit is bound to be your favorite place to be. Island Sands is a small condo complex on Indian Rocks Beach directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, literally 50 feet away from the Gulf! You will enjoy dolphin watching and magnificent sunsets from your balcony with your favorite beverage or right from the living room while enjoying your favorite shows on the smart TV. The master bedroom has a King size bed and TV for your enjoyment along with it's own updated private bathroom and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, plus it's own TV. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo. The main living space boasts a breathtaking view of the beach and the beachfront balcony and can be admired from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has every convenience of home that you desire to create those wonderful home-cooked meals or to grab a quick snack to enjoy by the beach. The dining room table has plenty of space for the entire family to enjoy a meal together, too. The breakfast bar hosts comfortable bar stools for quick meals or to catch up with your social media with the free WiFi throughout the condo. The condo also has a sleeper sofa, and an in-unit washer and dryer for convenience. Linens and towels provided, including beach towels. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided for your stay as well! Enjoy the beachfront and heated pool, relax on the sundeck with a good book or stroll the quiet section of Indian Rocks Beach searching for shells. Create an incredible meal at the onsite (and beachfront) Gas BBQ grill area - all at your home away from home to create lasting family vacation memories. \*Please note: there is no elevator at this complex. This unit is on the top floor, meaning you will have to walk up two flights of stairs. You are within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and shops. CVS Drugstore is about 500 yards down the street. Visit the Clearwater Beach area for award-winning beaches, more amazing restaurants and nightlife. Rent jet skis, parasailing, Segway tours, dolphin tours, deep-sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina or rent paddleboards, boats or kayaks just south of you in Indian Shores. Make sure to go to Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration and vendors too. Johns Pass is located a bit South to experience their waterfront restaurants, fabulous small shops and more water excursions. Please note: The facility does not allow parties or events. There is no smoking allowed inside the unit or on the balcony. Thank you in advance for adhering to the NO SMOKING rules. This unit is NOT pet friendly. Absolutely No Pets. For the safety of your children and in consideration of other guests, parents must always supervise their children. The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. I was shocked as I had picked this property specifically due to the five stars raving about cleanliness. I’ll admit I’m a clean freak but when I raised the windows they were covered in dust, noting was moved to vacuum under prior to our arrival. There were several dead and LiVING bugs that joined us on our stay. I realize Florida and the beach are famous for particular bugs (palmetto) however I havnt encountered one in 16 years of coming to the area. I did raise a concern with the host and they apologized for the “inconvenience” it’s a beautiful property they just need to work on their cleaning staff. ##### Danielle W. The views were amazing, the pool was refreshing, and it was a perfect spot to access some great restaurants and dessert spots. IRB is amazing and we definitely enjoyed our beach time. We were close to a CrossFit gym and able to run on the beach which was a plus for us. The only downfall is that it’s not kid friendly. We have a 1.5 year old boy and 3 year old boy. As soon as they wake up they are dancing and moving around, not jumping or doing anything other than stepping loudly. You can hear everything in this particular condo even if someone was outside walking up the steps to get into the door. Both kids weigh under 30 lbs but little feet moving around in the living room is loud. It was exhausting to yell at them the entire time to stop and sit down and not fair to them or the people below us when they were moving. The last day it rained so we just went home early bc we knew if they were inside all day it would likely be a problem. If you don’t have kids, book this place it’s great! ##### Tyler B. The number one reason to book this property is to be close to the beach with ocean views, which were fantastic. All of the furniture inside and out was comfy. There was strong water pressure in the showers. We were looking for a blender to make smoothies, but we ended up buying an inexpensive one, which we took to the next rental. There were a few minor issues common to Florida rentals such as difficulty opening the doorwall because of salt spray on the track, (which we forgot to report to management), and hearing some sounds from other units. There were no bugs to deal with though. We did smell smoke in our unit several times from a person outside smoking on their deck in the building right behind our unit- when we had no windows open- which was weird. Maybe it was because it was so windy and the vents on the roof kept flapping open and closed. I don't think that there is anything that anyone could do about that though. We didn't use the pool area because of the weather, but were surprised that it looked smaller in person than in photos. Over all it was a good choice to stay here. ##### Danya M. It had everything we needed for the week. There were restaurants in walking distance as well as a fantastic bakery. The beach was not crowded. Walking down the stairs and out of the garage, puts you right on the beach; therefore, I went everyday! This location puts you close to great places to tour, including Pier 60, John's Pass, and St. Pete's beach to name a few. The actual rooms didn't feel too foreign and felt comfortable to relax in after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this location for anyone who wants to see the ocean, and explore Tampa. ##### MJ B. We did not want to leave. It was so clean and the furniture is beautiful. We absolutely loved the condo and the property. The views from the balcony we’re perfect. Close walking distance to coffee and ice cream shops, Crabby Bills-which is out favorite restaurant. We will definitely be back again. The booking process was extremely easy and final confirmation with instructions were clear, easy to follow. The location and size of the entire property were great! Our unit was on the top floor providing great views and beautiful sunsets. It was also newly renovated with nice comfortable furnishings to relax on. The pool was always available with few or no other patrons around. Although we did cook in the unit a lot, we were able to enjoy using the grill for a couple of cookouts.
