A large, comfortable sectional offers ample space to kick back and relax after a long day of exploring the nearby St. Pete and Fort DeSoto beaches. Free WiFi and a large smart TV equipped with cable and streaming services means your favorite shows and movies are just a click away. \*Fully Equipped Kitchen and Dining\* Our renovated, full-sized kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to make this your home away from home. I enjoyed the view from the dining table and especially at night from the little balcony. The views are great at night and in daylight. You can see gorgeous sundown from the condo. The pool, spa and deck are great as well. Everything is clean. Washer/dryer are very useful and in the condo. It‘s only some minutes to drive to beautiful beaches, to shops and restaurants. We spent 3 weeks at this great condo on Isla del Sol, perfect place to live when You want to be close to the beach att Fort de Soto or St Petes Beach, short drive in to Saint Petersburg or a little longer in to Tampa, makeing a daytrip to Orlando is not a problem either. The condo is on the 4th floor so the view is great, and we saw dolpins our last day, It's nice and clean and has good standards in every room. In addition to being close to the beaches of Pass-A-Grille and Fort De Soto Park, there are numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities, and other activities nearby. I stayed here for a week on vacation and really enjoyed this condo. I spent a lot of time sitting on the screened porch and looking out at the water. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We all loved being next to the pool. We rode bikes to restaurants and the beach. It was also a short drive to the Don Cesar, beach, shopping, restaurants. The owner Terri was very easy to work with from start to finish. The condo was outstanding. We had a hard time leaving this location, our neighbors were gracious and very friendly. The location of the unit is great and of course the view is spectacular ! Helped by the wonderful weather we enjoyed during our stay!! The unit was spacious and the floor plan is very livable, however we were very disappointed with the outdated furnishings and decor . The master bedroom mattress is very old and not comfortable. The fan in the shower room was noisy and didn't seem to work properly. King size sheets were old and stretched out. We needed to keep moving the small fan provided from room to room for air circulation. Ceiling fans are definitely needed. All of that said, we did enjoy our time in Florida but would not rent this property again unless there was a complete facelift. ##### Judy M. The top floor condo had an amazing view of the bay and pool with easy access to the beach just a couple miles away. It was very quiet, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided. The owner was always available for any questions and left a very detailed book on places in the area to dine and relax.
