Would be tight with more people staying. Deck was great for sitting outside and viewing the ocean. The only thing I did not like is very little counter space in either bathroom, and little storage in the bathrooms. Was fine for a week, but could not have dealt with it for a much longer stay. Unit: I researched all units and booked unit 603 (4months in advance) because I wanted to be on the top floor. Printed out confirmation day before heading out. Upon arrival was told owner decided he wanted to use the unit...very disappointing to say the least. Units are all pretty much identical so I wasn't going to let it ruin my vacation Overall impression: Great spot on the beach and I would return. Anita at the desk was apologetic about the last minute swap and however I would strongly encourage renters to avoid #603...Guy has no regard for rental agreements! Unit 603 has a great view and you get a wonderful sunset view from the balcony! Well maintained property. Tom, the maintenance man was super nice. Valerie in the front office area was great to work with. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it by a day since the unit was available! Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. ( I came home with all clean clothes! No laundry to wade through after vacation!) Kitchen is small but I was relaxing, nto cooking for a large group. Met the needs of our group for fixing breakfast items and sandwiches and reheating leftovers. Has a standard coffee maker. Location was easily walk-able to several restaurants. We walked to dinner every night but one. One tip - parking spaces are tight. If you drive a regular size car you will do okay. If you drive a larger vehicle, you will struggle with the parking spaces. Otherwise, I would definitely book this location again for a future trip.
