Enjoy stunning water views from the Florida room, an open living space with two sofas, dining, Smart TV, and a fully stocked kitchen. Features a spacious bath, comfy bedroom, pool, grills, Wi-Fi, parking, and beach gear. Note: first-floor renovations in progress. Inter-costal water views make this second floor condo a gem of a location! The interior is bright and spacious with an open concept. The living space features two couches (regular & sleeper), TV, dining table and a fully stocked kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower & tub. The bedroom is large with a window view and ample closet space. The Florida Room has a table and chairs set to enjoy pool and water views. Sunsets, manatees and bird life are bountiful and of you can bring your rod and fish from the Dock. The condo includes high speed wifi, beach essentials including beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and buggy. There is 1 assigned parking space located directly downstairs from the unit. The unit is on the 2nd floor with access via staircase. Guests have access to the condo, the pool, the outdoor picnic tables & 1 parking space, and shared laundry room. Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you. I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests\` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance. Located in a quiet Treasure Island neighborhood just a block away from Gulf Blvd. Public beach access is a 5 minute walk. Shops, restaurants and bars are plentiful within a mile for all your social and relaxation needs. Treasure Island has a beautiful stretch of beach for walking, proximity to St Petersburg & Tampa, or our neighboring beaches of St Pete Beach and Madeira Beach. Free Beach Ride is a free door-to-door shuttle service offered on Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach, Madeira Beach and Pass-a-Grille - just call them and they\`ll come pick you up - just be sure to tip the driver! Uber and Lyft are also readily available if you don\`t have a vehicle. Many of our guests do rent a car to give options for exploring the area, but some beach-goers opt not to rent a car and walk or use a number of alternate transportation options. Pubix supermarket is less than 1 mile away. You will be able to access our condo through an electronic lock with a personalized door code. This is a small complex with several year-round residents and other guests looking to enjoy relaxation. The condo is not intended to be used as a party space, though there is lots to enjoy. We ask guests to be respectful of the peaceful community and those around you. The pool is not heated but is warm with Florida sun most of the time.
