The only confusion came with checking out as there were no instructions in the room. However, the beds need to be replaced as they were extremely soft. The evenings were a challenge due to guests hanging out in the hot tub well past hours of operation and being noisy. No staff on site so you have to ask other guests to keep it down late at night. Nice location, but we would not stay here again unfortunately due to the noise and beds. ##### David G. Overall the property was nice and had a great view of the ocean. Plenty of places to sit and relax in doors and the patio has a small lounge patio set to sit in outdoors. Sitting on the deck for sunsets was great. It was very quiet and good for people watching as everyone ends up in that area at one time or another to watch the sunset. The apartment was clean. Initially there was going to be 4 adults, but the other couple had to cancel. I think it may have been a little small for all of us, but we were family and would have made it work. We did not get to try out the new sofa bed, but as a couch it was very comfortable. We'd have liked a bigger refrigerator, but there is really no room. It worked for us, just fine though.
