It is a minimally stocked condo (bring your own paper towels, food storage containers, and coffee filters) that is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and beach access. The water is approximately 400 yards a way. The condo is on the second floor directly above the pool. If you have older kids that can swim on their own, this is perfect because you can sit on your balcony and see/hear everything that is happening in the pool area. The smaller bedroom is directly across from the elevator, but those sleeping in that room didn't complain of any noise. The parking spot is very tight between a concrete pillar and a mini-split unit. We pulled the mirrors in on the Chevy Malibu car and were able to park carefully. The check-in process was very smooth and front desk staff was very helpful. Chairs, umbrellas, etc. were easy to rent right on the beach. ##### Mary Kate W. We were in town for a sporting event and wanted to stay close to the beach this year. This condo was right on the beach, with perfect views and close to dining and a few shops.
