Relax by the pool with sun shelf or unwind on your private Gulf-view balcony. Features open living, full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and beach gear—towels, chairs, umbrella, and buggy included! The coastal decor, along with the amazing water views of the Gulf! When you step into the condo you know you are steps from the white sand beach. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for cooking during your stay. Although the area has so many dining options, you may choose not to cook! We provide a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. Enjoy an open concept of dining and living which flows into your private balcony. The living room has a pullout sofa to sleep 2 comfortably. Off the main living space is a King Master Suite with amazing views and master bath with a tub/shower combo. Down a hallway and past the kitchen is the 2nd bedroom which has a set of bunk beds (top bunk is a twin and more suitable for children and the lower is full size). The guest bathroom is next to the bedroom, along with a stackable washer and dryer laundry closet. High speed wifi, beach essentials and a parking pass for 1 vehicle (no exceptions) complete this amazing vacation package. Guests have full resort privileges to access most amenities including a well equipped gym located in the adjacent building. Heated Pool and Hot Tub, Beach access across the street via a public crosswalk and the ability to park one (1) vehicle (no exceptions). The resort is walking distance to John\`s Pass Boardwalk, which features numerous restaurants, shops and fun things to do including boat and jet ski rentals. Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you. I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests\` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance. This condo is located in Madeira Bay Resort, which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico just across the street and John\`s Pass Boardwalk a block away. If you\`re looking to enjoy the beach, water activities, shopping and restaurants, this is an amazing location! Madeira Beach was named the #5 beach in America, competing with several other Gulf towns in the area. There is a grocery store within 2 miles of the condo, though there are many restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Guests will have access to parking for one car during their booked stay. Parking is limited directly in the beach areas, though there are paid lots and garages should you need to park a second car or have a visitor for the day. Uber and Lyft are readily available, as well as the trolley system that travels between the local beach areas. If you do not have a vehicle, there is so much you can walk to and delivery service options are available for groceries, food, liquor, baby equipment, etc. Please Note House Rules! By booking this home, you are agreeing to the following rules: Guests must be 24 years of age or older to book and stay at this property. Maximum Occupancy 6 persons within the home at any time. No Parties! No Gatherings! No illegal substances allowed on the premises, including recreational cannabis. No Smoking! Smoking is prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the premises. Quiet Hours 10PM to 8PM. We ask that you respect our neighbors as this is a family friendly resort community. Be mindful and respectful of others at all times. \- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supplies must be purchased by guests. \- Linens and bath towels are for normal indoor use, please do not use them to remove makeup, dye hair, take to beach, etc. \- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. However, the check in gentleman was rude and very short with us. We also found house housekeeping items in the suite. One of the chairs was falling apart and the sheets on the bed were soiled and we had to sleep on top of the comforter. Hopefully these items we will be fixed for the next tenants. ##### Carolyn A.
