There is full bath on the main floor along with a full size washer and dryer which is really nice. There was everything we needed in the home. I wish there were some stand-up or box fans we could have used for more air flowing the bedrooms and white noise. I would describe the beds as firm. We did not bring any of these items and they did not exist in the home. The info book in the home mentioned they were in the garage but they were not. We ended up purchasing a pack and play, that we also had to pay to bring home. With 2 sets of stairs, missing baby gates was a challenge too. The location was fabulous. The supplies that are at the house are great there was cooking oli plus salt & pepper so we didn’t have to run to the store in the first day that we got here. The proximity to the beach is Excellent it is just a two minute walk the house was clean. We have no issues with the AC with fans though out the house. The rules were very specific to the point so that was easy to follow. However the thing that sold us on the booking was the idea of having a beach wagon to carry things to and from the beach easily. And the access to a gas grill. Kitchen is well-stocked. There were plenty of bath & beach towels. The house had been cleaned prior to our arrival.
