Guest access
We include a 6 seater golf cart for FREE! Having a golf cart is a GAME CHANGER! It’s wonderful for going back-and-forth to the beach for several reasons.
- First, there is dedicated FREE Golf Cart parking at almost all of the 26 beach entrances in IRB. The parking for cars at all but one of the beach entrances in Indian rocks Beach is for residents ONLY. The one parking lot that is for the public is very hard to get a spot there after 10:30 or 11 AM and you could never leave and come back in one day and still get a spot. With the golf cart you can do that all day long.
- Secondly, it is awesome for loading up your gear easily and hauling the family back-and-forth to the beach.
- The third row seat folds down into a cargo bed. It goes about 20 miles an hour and it’s perfect for going to the restaurants and bars as well.
- In order to use the golf cart for free we do require a fully refundable security deposit and you must sign a liability waiver.

We offer several options with our 75’ motor-yacht "Magic Moment". Spend a magical day on our luxurious yacht that has 3 decks, a galley (kitchen), 4 1/2 bathrooms and plenty of comfortable seating with breathtaking views!
We can offer you catering packages or you can bring your own food and drinks. Whether you’re hosting a birthday party, corporate outing, wedding party, bachelor/bachelorette parties, we can help you plan the event of a lifetime. We'll help you make it EPIC!!!
When you choose the 8hr or 6hr trip, we would take you to an island that is only accessible by boat. It is truly one of the most beautiful uninhabited islands in Florida that is enjoyed exclusively by boaters. The pristine natural beauty of the island is breathtaking and the sandbars make for large swimming areas with clear shallow water, ideal for adults and children to play. The sand is a wonderful white hard packed sand that's in just a few feet of water. You can bring your own food and beverages which make it one of the most unique experiences in all of metro Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater.
